Terms and Conditions

COOKIE MOMMAS TALLY POLICIES

PAYMENT/REFUNDS:

Payment is due in full to secure your order and your pick-up date. We require payment up front so we can source all your cute cutters, fun sprinkles, and perfect packaging. 50% of the payment is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, we require 1 week notice and then you will receive the remainder 50% deposit.

PICK-UP DATE:

We will set your pick-up date once you have ordered. If something comes up regarding your event date, please let us

know at least 2 days in advance and we can arrange a new time and date, or we can provide you with instructions on

how to freeze and keep your cookies safe for up to 2 weeks.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is an option as long as you or the event is within 20 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee.

CHANGE CUTOFF:

Believe me, we know how difficult it is to make cookie decisions! But we are here to help make that a little easier for

you. If you need to make a change to your order, you have up to 5 days prior to your pick-up date to make this

change. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

INSPIRATION:

We LOVE ALL the inspiration photos! But that is exactly what they are – inspiring. We will not copy another baker

perfectly. We will try and keep it close, but each cookier/baker is different and unique, which makes your cookies

that much more special.

COVID CARE:

We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has COVID, and we want to work

with you. Please let us know if you need to reschedule your event and we can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you

can stay home, rest up, and get healthy.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

All prices are subject to change. This is because ingredient costs are constantly changing. We want to provide all

our customers with the BEST cookie. This means that we may not be able to honor old pricing.

COOKIE CARE:

Once you pick-up your cookies, we are not responsible for anything that happens to them. Please keep them out of

direct sunlight, out of the fridge, away from any pets, and keep them on a cool dry counter.

IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH:

Consuming food and with the consumption of anything, there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and

allergic reactions are all possibilities

WEATHER CLAUSE:

As Floridians, we are always watching the weather for our daily downpour. If pick-up is impossible due to inclement

weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to

weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

COTTAGE FOOD LAWS:

This order has been made in a home kitchen, not been subject to a standard inspection criterion. Our kitchen is not

nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.

PAY = YAY!

Once you have submitted your payment in full for your order, you’re accepting the above terms. We can’ t wait for

you to see how awesome they turn out!
